PF Concept Reviews

Quite frankly, I was fired on Friday because I stood up for myself after repeated workplace bullying. Members of your Wellingborough branch are racist and disgusting. I have worked at PF Concept for just over 3 months and I had been bullied on almost a daily basis; both my accent and work ethic were ridiculed and I was subject to snide remarks over trivial matters. I also raised a grievance with management in regards to comments made about me smelling like marijuana. This was damaging as I felt these false allegations could have impacted my employment, nothing was done about this by management to my knowledge.

Performance doesn't really matter. All that matters is how you can position yourself within the company. If you have good connections or if you are attractive, you don't really have to do any work, suckers will do it for you. It is a company where nothing is ever good enough, but they keep people around even if they are always late/don't show up/show up drunk or drugged. You have to be the lowest common denominator. But they also ignore or even punish initiative and peak performance.
