The recruiter seemed to be the most organized it has gone steadily downhill from there.
Cons
There is no scope of work, no assignments, no training. Promises are made and broken. Lack of follow through pushes responsibilities to the contract employee. I am currently paid below the comparable payscale at the client company, by $5k.
