Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your experience at PGAL. Our company is dedicated to providing a workplace that promotes open and honest communication. We have an annual review process in which expectations and productivity are discussed, which also gives all employees an opportunity to discuss their career paths. We are implementing 30/60/90 day check-ins to give employees an outlet to express opportunities with a neutral party this year as well. We have a competitive benefits which includes employer-paid medical, dental, and vision base health plans, along with a combination of 16 days of paid vacation and sick time to start. Other perks include tuition reimbursement, paid professional membership dues, EAP services and more.
