One of the leading architectural firms of Mumbai. Inspiring and healthy work culture in all of the teams - except for one team. Good scale of projects and friendly staff - again exception is that one particular team. Associates guide very well and set a very positive working atmosphere - exception again is the associate of that particular team.
Cons
P G Patki is a good firm and has as such no cons except for the one team that thrives on the exploitative and mismanagement culture. Working here will be extremely depressing and harmful if you end up in that particular team. Beware during interviews and make it a point to ask the HR which team you are being interviewed for, if it is for associate rahul's team , then you would want to probably rethink on your decision to join this firm.
