Pros

Good pay/benefits. I have no other pros

Cons

Long hours/overtime…. Overtime not allowed to take in pay instead take extra hours off for lunch or come in later or leave early. This is an unfair trade for the long hours worked after your normal hours and missing time from loved ones at home. Management always gone or door closed. Mgmt always said they were there to help, but really wasn’t. Learned by being thrown to the wolves and then reprimanded way too many times for not understanding the process. Co-workers talked behind everyone’s backs. Made me cry a few times because of how rude and choice of words used. I asked to be promoted and Mgmt instead hired outside and then fired that same person within a month because of inexperience. No chance of growing with this company when management plays favoritism and wants to keep you down. Vacation dates are pulled from a bowl and first dibs go to seniority. Who plans vacation dates a year in advance from predetermined dates drawn from a bowl?????

Pros

Benefits are nice, rewards are nice, some co workers are nice

Cons

Company doesn't care if your a new hire in first 30 days, if you don't understand fully every job function and make no mistakes whats so ever in your first 30 days then they will not give you any warnings they will either fire you or put you in a 30 day probabtion. Even if you are still new and learning and showing progression they still won't believe you have it. Bottom line, they are correct for promoting within the company, because if your an outsider you have no chance of making it with them. On boarding was a huge binder to read on your own. 2 days of watching work day on boarding company wide videos. Training was for the 1st 3 days after on boarding of understanding 1 job and then 3 days of learning and understanding another person roles and job then go straight to your dept with about 3-4 days of "training" training is consistent of shadowing and then go to the wolves and figure it out yourself. No explanation of understanding what your true job is. If you didn't understand and know 100% of the second you sat and learned with then you are on the outskirts of getting introuble.

Pros

Salary is comparable to other companies

Cons

Upper management does not have your back. Very unorganized behind the scenes. The branch has a revolving door due to their issues. System is great for escrow but extremly slow and crashes often. They have odd business practices for Arizona.
