Sharp, super nice people. Leadership was approachable and collaborative.

Cons

My direct manager offered no mentorship whatsoever (she was hired after I was). Our 1:1s were the biggest wastes of time as she never offered any valuable insights—she would nod and say “yeah.” Growth was non existent.

-Some super smart and kind people to work alongside -The owner at the time was able to review work very quickly—appreciated Krish’s definitiveness and consolidated, clear feedback on the work -Could order free dinner when working late, which I did often

Cons

-Multiple rounds of layoffs, hence always working in a state of fear -Max amount for dinner order normally got you an appetizer, would need to pay the difference to get a decent meal when working late
