Pros

Work from home FOR NOW. 9-5pm schedule. Good retirement plan and accrual of vacation and sick leave.

Cons

Hostile work environment. Very coercive power where they have employees scared they can lose their job at any moment. For example, they will punish you for being one minute late, if you have an emergency and need to request sick leave immediately they won't approve until they go through multiple people in upper management, a lot of favoritism where your coworkers may find it easy to get time off but you might not and upper management likes to nitpick and crushes employee morale. Micromanagement is high here especially during remote work. If you want to feel like call center working from home, then this is the place for you. Repetitive work that will burn you out quick especially working from home. Nutritionists will not use any of clinical nutrition here. My advice, fake it until you make it. You never know who is spying on you here. Many employees will throw you under the bus to save their behinds.
