Friendly environment with most employees.

Cons

Poor upper management, a seemingly vindictive approach to team members with no genuine consideration or care for employee workloads. Amazingly key staff are still working very hard in the companies interest but any hard work is very quickly forgotten. A real sense of being chewed up and spat out. In my opinion

Pros

Friendly Colleagues and some of the Managers. Free Food mainly for warehouse workers.

Cons

Benefits very low. Less than average holiday, small pension top up and really nothing else. Management not the best, lacks people skills. HR needs a professional in to support management and staff. Very limited skills and knowledge.

The company are always looking forward to the future, how can things be improved etc. You're not treated like a number you are a person with a name

Cons

Sickness policies etc aren't the best compared to other companies.
