      Pros

      Decent work-life balance compared to funds. Entrepreneurial place, so if you're self-motivated you can pitch your own ideas. You can own equity in the company if you work hard.

      Cons

      Very little mentorship for analysts. Have to take a massive pay cut to work here if you come from other jobs in finance. Management does not care about analysts. They do not pay any attention to analyst stock picks. Fund performance and assets are going in the wrong direction.

      Pros

      Remote work, that is it.

      Cons

      It's a sinking ship, run by terrible leadership. The leadership is composed of long time friends, which means there is never accountability for their uneducated, irresponsible decisions. The 'People Team' is run by two failed life coaches, who have a well known reputation to share private conversations. The team I was on was laughably junior with a new VP only in his second role with less than 5 years experience. The team is full of inflated job titles and no experience or skill. If you're new to a role, it will be great, they will probably let you run a team. If you have any experience and you have professional standards, it's best to avoid this company. They have peaked and completely tapped out their small addressable market.

      - Salary below market for certain departments - Almost impossible to get promotions/raises (no growth)
