Pros

401K match was decent.

Cons

The IT department experienced a 60% turnover in the 4 years from 2010-2014, due to incompetent, abusive IT management. Unless you want to waste your career appeasing management just to survive, while relegating your skills to the backstage, stay away from here. There are too many companies out there with decent IT departments. Unequivocally, the worst management I've experienced anywhere in a 29 year career.

Great product, bad management

Pros

The team (outside of management) is great. They all work hard to find solutions and grow the business. The office is really nice

Cons

Management can't seem to get out of their own way. There is definitely a "club" with upper management which makes everyone feel less valued. There is slow to no growth unless you're in the club. Also, if you want flexibility due to your health or family situation (like having a baby), Pilot provides none and makes it difficult for you in those situations. This is really unfortunate because the product and all other team members are great.
