Pros
Upon joining, I met some fantastic people. Staff is comprised of many smart, hard-working, fun people. Parts of company culture being advertised is enticing: be honest, be loyal, work hard, treat each other well, listen to others...all things I'd look for in a company.
Cons
From my view the values and culture points were not being accomplished starting from the top down. In my time there, there were several things sold to me as truths that were not, loyalty was demanded rather than earned, I felt the staff was over-worked and under-paid, all which made for a rather toxic working environment for me.
