Pros
Their mission and work to educate parents in the community is wonderful. They live up to their mission statement.
Cons
Too many politics within the company. Favoritism among personnel. Not a strategized human resources department where you can express concerns properly. No oportunity for growth although they may sell it to you like that at first. Staff out in the field works way too many hours above the 40 hour per week.
