Pros

Spacious place, caring and compassionate staff, residents are indeed like at home

Cons

The residents and their family members are extremely spoilt. Some of them come up with the false stories about being sexually harassed by healthcare workers (!!!) or they just complain too much about medical staff not fulfilling their orders when all the staff do is please them, make them as happy as possible. As a medical worker you’re never mentally and physically safe as you’re always at risk to be verbally and physically abused. Nobody cares. You can report as many times as you want, the chance of being heard is very small. For the resident and family members you’re just nobody, a slave who just MUST do everything you’ve been told to. It’s not a healthy environment AT ALL in 21st century.

Pros

Close to Sainsburys and Bretton Centre - that just about sums up the pros

Cons

Staff are treated appallingly being shouted at all the time by the Operations Manager. Had 10 Managers in 7 years - they can't keep good staff. Every day there is a new drama. Some staff can barely speak English
