Pros
Great co-works and all hard working. Work for the company name is great but for the owner.
Cons
Owner yelling, un-professional same as management the same because that how is the own want. Harassment employees or people work under them, thread people without respect. I work in prepress dept and witness the Management thread the bindery man tell them find another job if cannot work in the weekend. The owner bad temper got punch buy one of employee.

Pros
Most of the people I worked with are very hard working, decent with great attitude. Always busy and challenging which makes the job really interesting. There is still room for growth which makes a creative thinker would enjoy once you have grabbed the attention of your manager.
Cons
Poor people skills on owner/manager position. At times, it's bordering to harassment.
