I honestly cannot think of one pro while working at this company. The morale is miserable and the majority of employees despise working there.

Cons

Overworked and under appreciated - that's basically the motto. The turnaround rate at this company is horrifying - people come and go on a monthly basis. Once you get hired, you quickly realize how miserable your life has become and you leave. You will get worked to the bone without anyone caring. Once you get tired of it, they just immediately replace you.

I am wondering if this is a competitor - or a false comment. We have an incredible morale - fun atmosphere and exceptional benefits. I'd bet - this disgruntled person was let go ( which is RARE for our COMPANY - as we treasure our employees).

PK Associates is one of the most highly regarded structural engineering firms in Arizona. They provide vacation, benefits and a 401K program to employees. Fast paced firm where you will learn quickly and be provided a wide variety of project opportunities.

Cons

Small kitchen area for lunch. Would prefer something larger where employees can gather

I was able to work on interesting projects.

Cons

I was overloaded non-stop, stressed, worked lots of hours, and did not receive proper oversight or mentorship. There is a high rate of turnover at this company for good reason.
