The mission is a good one.

Cons

Management and all staff positions continues to be a revolving door. Staff have limited input in things that matter. The board has no real idea what is going on in the organization and aren't doing their jobs.

Great benefits and pay, co-workers are friendly, senior staff are respectful. huge turnaround from a few years ago.

Cons

Open office space. some louder staff sit near staff than need quietness to do their job.
