Management is very open-minded at PLANERGY. I feel like my ideas are always welcome and the leadership team does everything in their power to set reps up for success. The culture is very open and the whole team is on hand to support & provide the best experience for the customer.

No cons RE leadership/culture/work, genuinely one of the best environments I've worked in.

Pros
Tight knit team. Great focus and nimble to make a great SaaS service that delivers irresistibly good value.
Cons
Not a real con but It’s a small company so if you only want to be singularly focused on a specific role only then you should consider a larger organization. I loved the fact that I was able to assist the team in areas outside of my defined role and make an impact.
