This company is best for bootlickers, if you have such talent go for it.
Cons
I have been worked here for 18 months. Technically you cannot explore yourself here. They do not depute you on profile you are hired for, they give you another work and HR policies are also worst. They will hire you a some amount of package after that when you join they will give you appointment letter of less salary, can you beleave they had given me only Rs 800 of hike. They always take advantages of your restraints. In Yearly appraisal they will give you only 2% or 3% increment, if you ask the reason they give very strange reasons. Only bootlickers get payed nicely. One more thing they deduct the salary for late arrivals and finaly if you are planning to switch your job they keep strong watch on you. If you submit your resignation they deny to accept and ask you several questions and try to delay your releasing. In my case they forced me to show my offer letter of new company. After seeing my offer letter they contacted to HR team of my hiring company and then they decided to release me.
