Pros
Pay decent (no overtime). Client is not as supportive, yet acts professional.
Cons
Company won't write a decent offer letter or pay for holidays. Treats direct employees like contractors. They will back-date benefits, but not tell you, then they will bill you, insisting you were qualified and thereby have to pay for benefits even though you didn't know about it or could use them (scam) Company will seek you out under pretenses of an emergency, and then pressure you to hurry to process. , hoping, wanting you to overlook contract details. They will use you, want you to work overtime (straight time only) . Overtime is due to unreasonable agreement to client deadlines.
