employees are good people, the benefits have been bumped and are comparable to industry
Cons
lack of interest in growth from owner, company ran by old lumberyard employees that do not understand the industry they are trying to compete in.

Nothing comes to mind there are a few of the employees that are good but most are not really qualified for the positions they are in.
Cons
Lots of cons way to many to list. They have a 2 tier pay scale which I have never heard of before and was not explained before I started. Upper management has no clue how to run a business
