Nothing is good about this company

• Joining this company is career suicide due to greed and constant disrespect. • Teams were left guessing priorities because direction was terrible. • Managers were rude, painfully unqualified, and ignored concerns. • Respect only flowed one way and support was nonexistent. • Endless approvals slowed everything down and crushed productivity. • Employees had little freedom despite being hired for their skills. • Hard work meant nothing and I was dismissed without warning. • Job security was nonexistent and anyone could be pushed out. • Overall, it was a deeply frustrating and demoralizing place to work.

It’s a fast-growing brand with lots of creative freedom. The company operates on a global scale – I create content and campaigns for audiences across dozens of countries. One of the biggest positives is the variety of projects and the chance to learn something new every day. It makes the work more interesting and helps you grow professionally in communication and strategy.

Cons

Social media never slows down… Trends change constantly, and there’s pressure to stay creative all the time.

It's good to be part of a company with a large international presence because it presents constant opportunities to learn from different markets and customer segments. The job is making me better at coordinating campaigns and communicating effectively with different teams. I keep gaining marketing knowledge that applies across many industries.

Performance expectations are high -- you're expected to consistently deliver good results.
