*Flexible with hours *Will teach you the ins and outs of the title industry *Day goes by fast *Gives random performance bonuses and overtime pay *Company and departments outings
Cons
*Benefits aren't great *Departments are gossipy of each other *No boundaries with clients *To get ahead, use of personal cell phone with clients is almost a must *No upfront rules or structure with work *If you do your job right they will just give you more work. If they do this, ask for more pay. *Tend to bonus people to prevent them from leaving instead of just increasing base salaries. Remember that bonuses are NOT guaranteed. *They tend to baby some people while being hard on others *If business is slow, employees are first to go
