Worst managed company that I have ever worked for. Senior Management does not have a clue and promote based on length of time with company and friendship, not based on merit, experience or skill set. Promoted someone to Chief Marketing and Sales Officer because she had been with the company for a long time and was tight with the CEO. No real experience in Marketing or Sales and was a disaster.

People unfortunately are lazy and unmotivated here. There is always somebody out of office, taking a half day, leaving early. This is a place you go if you want to sit around, watch days on the calendar go by, and collect a pay check. If you have ambition/ drive to work hard you will be an outlier and hate it here.
