Management will take advantage of every effort you perform no matter how hard you try. This company has a serious micromanagement problem. They will follow you around to the extreme! There is a lack of professionalism within management, which the manager and team lead has a tight click, and will talk about you behind your back. They create schemes to make you quit or terminate you. Has a lot of bias towards the people they don't like. Avoid this place! It is a very toxic and psychological abusive environment that no one should ever experience. It is an empty office with a high turnover rate.
