      There’s a reason the microbiologist position is open every 4 months

      Pros

      Free lunch not much else.

      Cons

      Nepotism...demanding environment with few rewards and 50 hr work weeks on top. Expected to kiss the presidents butt. His lazy sons basically do nothing but yell at people and look like mouth breathers in the lunchroom watching tv while others work. High turnover rate. It’s like working in a jail cell.

      Salary is generous. Training and knowledge gained during employment is second to none. President is passionate about his business.

      Cons

      Hours are very demanding. Time off is below industry average. Work environment is blunt, aggressive, and sarcastic.

      The pay and benefits are good

      Cons

      The president of the company has extremely unrealistic expectations when it comes to just about everything. Employees basically need to tip toe around him to avoid getting fired over something ridiculous. You will have absolutely no work life balance. Also, if you have any sort of chronic illness, forget it. The president doesn’t care.
