      Pathetic work culture. With a strength of somewhat around 45-50, the politics that's played is immense.

      Good for those who like working in small companies. "Okay" company for seasoned professionals. For freshers, Not recommended at all.

      Cons

      Micromanaging bosses in most departments. Freshers are treated like dumb dogs. Old/Long-time employees are made fun of (by the boss). 5-10 meetings per day in the sales dept. Gotta lick boss's boots if you wanna avoid getting fired. Almost everyone is looking for another job,
