PNBMetlife is one of the reputed company in India, its joint venture of two big brands, one is PNB( Punjab national bank) which is top nationalize bank in India and Metlife is one of best multinational repudiated insurance company.

Cons

I didn't find any downside of Pnbmetlife.

Salary credited on time & opportunity to learn many things.

Cons

Target base job, company set unrealistic target which is very tough to achieve. I just completed 6 months in pnb metlife & got 2 times warning mail to improve the performance. Despite my performance is not very bad.every month i m threating by senior management that u will be to terminate.
