      Shuttle service for parking beats most other downtown parking options

      Zero flexibility since RTO had been implemented, incredibly low morale, you will be underpaid, management has no idea what they are doing

      Great benefits good with time off

      Cons

      No room for growth, sales environment goals to be met with no commission (reserved for the bankers) Three weeks of paid vacation but forced to take a week per quarter. No vacation time around Christmas unless you are upper management.. Performance reviews are lack luster with .03, .04 percent increases.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and the work life balance is probably the best it’s ever been since I’ve gotten into this role. They have some of the best leaders and my lovely coworkers are a plus!

      Cons

      Pay could be better. I don’t make enough to live comfortably. But I suppose the benefits make up for it.
