Cons
I had only a few days of training and after that I was expected to know everything about PNG’s processes. When I asked questions I was often scolded almost to the point of being reprimanded for asking the question. Everyone on my team was overworked but it seemed that no one could meet the unrealistic expectations management had because there was little to no positive feedback. This is a very tense work environment where everyone is on edge and constantly wondering how long they will be employed because even the high achievers are not told they’re doing a good job. Their turnover is very high because it’s a hire/fire cycle.
