      Think Twice, then think again

      Pros

      Flexible schedule....for engineers. Not a lot of high tech Engineering ops in this area.

      Cons

      CEO/Owner runs company like mom and pops video store. Anyone who disagrees or gets on bad side finds the door. No direction within the company is an understatement. CEO Constantly switching direction of the companies focus. Many a day CEO is heard yelling and screaming. It is like a dysfunctional family.

      Pros

      Not a lot of tech jobs in that area, so is great for having a job.

      Cons

      Becky runs the show and if things are not as she likes pulls the trigger. She has fired almost all the executive staff when they don't agree with her in more than one occasion. Same goes for the entire engineer team as well. George, the father of her children, works there as well. In and out over the years. She makes up positions for him when he needs it.
