Fun people to work with.

Cons

Long unsociable hours, sometimes you’re asked to work more than 12 hours a day doing everything, from serving customers to cleaning the floor and helping in the kitchen. Bad management, head office people think they’re like Gods and will treat you like a piece of rubbish. Mystery shoppers screw this company over every week with their unprofessional assessment.

Colleagues were lovely. Food was good.

Cons

They waste food. Lots went in a bin at the end of each day's. Very very low salary. Take bonus away if one member of staff fails secret shopper test and then everyone hates them.
