      Toxic Culture Just Under the Surface

      A few strong performers biding their time before they jump ship

      Cons

      No guidance or expectation setting from founders / exec team. No transparency or consistency in messaging from founders. Poor compensation. Zero company culture.

      I have started at this company quitting from another company. They were so excited about their new project, However they asked to start to work before I am officially starting at the company and calling me twice or three times in a day when I working in a previous company. So I helped what I can do best before officially starting then I officially started and worked 1.5 months everything was going normal for me. However business didn't go well that I understand project failed to continue not reasoned from technical side. after 1 or 2 days they didn't proceed with me. Actually they fired me without any reason. It was tough times for me, I had quitted previous job then looking for new job...
