Pros
Great training, awesome staff that become like family(coworkers AND management), friendly and open atmosphere, decent salary, free breakfast/lunches, decent benefits. This is a great place for an entry level position and to get a foot in the door. They treat their employees well and show a lot of appreciation. There may not seem like there is room for advancement in the company, but if you go above and beyond to prove yourself as a reliable and loyal employee, you will be pleased with what you get in return for your hard work.
Cons
I really have no bad things to say about this company. Some of the employees working here can make it seem like a terrible place to work, but everyone's experiences are different and I feel it's a personal issue more than a work issue that they are experiencing.
