Pros

The swag is nice, I got it right before getting fired.

Cons

Not sure if management knows what they are doing. I got let go right after joining and my performance was not bad. This was after they got new management again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. The leadership transition referenced was the result of internal growth and promotion. As leaders step into new roles, they work to assess team structure, clarify expectations, and align roles with long-term goals. We believe in training, coaching, and open communication, and we aim to identify and address concerns early and honestly. While we strive to support new hires, there are times when a position is not the right fit. When that becomes clear, we make thoughtful decisions with the best interests of both the individual and our organization in mind. We appreciate your feedback and wish you well in your next role. - Pondurance’s People Operations Team

Remote Work is interesting

Pros

Remote and interesting work and some sharp colleagues and cool work, especially when working off core shifts

Cons

Constant turnover in the SOC due to poor team management has created an environment where we don’t trust our department lead. Constant lay offs in SOC due to constant reorgs from an ineffective and threatening leader.
