High stress for low pay and stuck up, unprofessional management
Pros
1. You are forced to be a self starter 2. Sometimes there is decent food in the break room 3. Some of the people you work with are cool
Cons
1. Very low pay/compensation-they are incredibly cheap 2. Verbal abuse/threats from management 3. Constant firings/lay offs 4. False promises of promotions/raises 5. Complete lack of recognition from management 6. Basically no holidays/vacations hours-you will need to work days like Christmas Eve if it falls on a week day 7. Low profit margins on products 8. Belittling comments from management, they use fear as a motivator 9. Constant issues with inventory stock outs, budgeting, being understaffed, phone system, too many people doing the jobs of four people 10. They act like they are doing you a favor by underpaying you and just by having you work there 11. The 'catering' can be rather gross
