      Good people, poor pay

      Good people Good experience and exposure to the industry Excellent company to develop a business network

      Cons

      Workload can be overwhelming at times Pay is below industry average (main reason for employee turnover) No incentives for sales staff (no reason to develop customers, only increases workload) Lack of understanding in regards to cultures outside of South Korea

      If I had to come up with something, then I would say that I had so many things to do I had to learn fast.
