      Pros

      Probably the best place to get your start. You’ll learn everything you need to know about working in SEM for other careers down the road. The managers are knowledgeable. They’re very Flexible.

      Cons

      Training is lackluster. Learning will mostly come from trial and error and mistakes are tallied nonetheless. Micromanaging was an issue, though they deny it. The main managers don't make time for new staff. The management is run similarly to an aggressive dealership Comparably to other companies the compensation is low. Other companies will generally pay better.

      Good work for millennials. If you lack in verbal communication this is the place for you. All communication is via email.

      Unorganized poor leadership no support from management.

      Pros

      Lots of motivated and talented colleagues to learn from. Their stay was usually short, but there often was a positive takeaway. There is also some significant investment in the facility décor, if you're into that.

      Normalized‌ ‌workplace‌ ‌sexism‌ ‌and‌ ‌empty‌ ‌rhetoric‌ ‌for‌ ‌management.‌ ‌In‌ ‌one‌ ‌year,‌ ‌I've‌ ‌had‌ ‌no‌ ‌less‌ ‌than‌ ‌four‌ ‌bosses‌ ‌with‌ ‌the‌ ‌latest‌ ‌chief‌ ‌of‌ ‌operations‌ ‌being‌ ‌nothing‌ ‌short‌ ‌of‌ ‌an‌ ‌inexperienced‌ ‌and virulent wheel spinner.‌ ‌
