Pros
If you're looking for a great company culture and lots of opportunity to learn and grow, this is the place. The team here is very mission driven and care deeply about customers. Everyone helps each other, even if it's not in the same line of business. There is an open culture of sharing information, as well as opportunities to grow and try new things. Last but not least, half the workforce is female, and in leading roles. It's quite inspiring to see in a tech company.
Cons
The company is fully distributed so sometimes there may be late meetings or turnaround time is not as immediate.

Pros
POWR provides an excellent work-life balance for its employees. The team culture is highly important to everyone that works here and the desire to maintain such a collaborative and transparent work environment is prevalent with everyone.
Cons
Small company = many hats to wear at any given time. Although this can be really great for career growth and development, sometimes it can be challenging.
