Not even 3% annual raises, no bonuses, your boss micromanages and doesn't really have an idea of what they are doing and ca not be trusted to do as they say or follow through on what they promise, leadership will force you into activities and rush your work to the point of compromise, then complain about the quality of said work. management does not care about floor level employees in the slightest and they act like we are nothing but a burden to them.
