      Pros

      Time off for holidays and hours of operations are great. If you're a top performer at a good location, you'll have good opportunity to earn "good" income.

      Cons

      From family vibes to very corporate and micromanaged. Unstable income from pay-plan changes, Unfulfilled promises, extremely outdated sales methods, extremely outdated programs and technology used. Income is below industry standard.

      Pros

      The friendships and co-workers over the years. I worked with a lot of nice people over the years that taught me a lot .The benefits were great as well as 401 k!

      Cons

      There was no room for advancement. Upper Management likes to hire outside the company for open positions that employees with tenure could train for. The last 2 years I was there no raises were given,there was a freeze.
