Culture of lethargy, gossip and petty office politics
Pros
It could be a good short-term (1-2 year) option for a fresh graduate, but approach with caution.
Cons
Getting Office Interns who are sons and daughters of current managers and heads of departments to post favorable reviews online is pretty low, even for a company like PPM. Office culture of petty politics and people who engage in brown-nosing bosses to gain advantage using any means necessary. Very limited growth, your boss doesn't care about your future and only wants to look good with a name-mention during all-hands company meetings. Employees with kids and other home commitments regularly take off and use remote work, while others with no kids have to pick up the slack. Managers lack the ability to plan for this. The company/managers don't hire the right amount of people, so team members are always overworked from picking up slack of employees with kids and/or sickness. The company is perpetually short-staffed and that leads to details being missed on a consistent basis. This is also not a good look with clients.
