      Pros

      At close to 120 employees, PPM is big enough to handle just about any environmental engineering and science project, yet small enough so you aren't lost in the crowd and can have real, personal relationships (not the Borg for the trekkies out there).

      Cons

      Would like to see a greater push towards 21st Century collaborative technology like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Planner. I think its coming, it's just a matter of justifying the steep learning curve to the right folks.

      Pros

      I love working at PPM because (at least for my team), the focus is not on profit, it is on helping others. This makes my job extremely rewarding.
