      Manager has no integrity at all

      Pros

      Despite the billing managers' efforts to undermine the HR person to the staff. HR is the most ethical, organized and intelligent part of the operation in the billing service.

      Cons

      Manager not only lacks integrity, she is disorganized, is unable to see the big picture, and lacks objectivity in her treatment in staff. Run far away from this job. Save yourself some misery.

      Pros

      Good hours. Dress code is relaxed. Does not seem to be micromanaged as telephones are allowed on desks. Nice kitchen area.

      Cons

      Management is uncontrolled. High turnover for a reason. Don't waste your time. I was never trained and manager could not be bothered to train me. A person cannot learn through osmosis. I felt manager was out of control, with inability to train or manage. People would just leave and not come back.

      Relaxed atmosphere, decent bonuses

      Cons

      Experience and knowledge means nothing here. You just have to be in the right circle to make it to the top. Should be focused on the product and keeping good employees, not allowing brown nosers to sink the ship.
