      You get to go out alot for onsite deployment. They give out free iPads in a lucky draw during their Christmas party.

      Cons

      The head of the IT department doesn't know how to manage his own team. No version control, so the code is very disorganized

      Limited resources. Constant changes in work sometime leads to confusion. time management can sometime create a hurdle.
