Pros
Very friendly work environment with an open policy. Interesting and engaging projects that span across over 15 development teams. Great work life balance and a great place to work long term.
Cons
Because the IT department is so large, they tend to have a lot of meetings to facilitate coordination across teams, which can be hard if you come from a company whose only type of daily meeting are typically standups.
