      Pros

      Very open, transparent culture where employee feedback and ideas are not only valued but strongly encouraged. Great benefits for a company of this size, with profit sharing available to all employees as well. Freedom to do the job I need to do without being micromanaged.

      None that readily come to mind.

      Pros

      The only place I've ever worked that doesn't feel like going to work every day. The absolute best culture. Achievements are recognized and rewarded. The opinion of every employee matters - regardless of department or content. The ability to complete my tasks the way I see best fit - no micromanagement! A company that is willing to invest in its people first. Good benefits! Profit sharing is plus!

      Opportunities for upward mobility are somewhat limited - small company.

      Work life balance is great, Great benefits, Culture is a priority, lifelong learning and self improvement is promoted. Profit sharing Management cares about you Wins and losses are shared Trust and freedom to get your job done

      Work schedules could be more flexible You have to try to explain what SPC is to people when they ask what you do for a living
