-Great collegues -Great projects -Great international experience in different fields of specialization -Flexibility -Willlingness to listen, and solve almost any kind of issues -Great starting salary with different bonuses -European work culture (great for employees) -Overall highly recommend to apply and join, and you will have a wondeful life for 2-3 years

Cons

-Clear indications of attempting to pivot towards US work culture (great for employers) -In terms of carrier progression and raises there are no system, just vibes.

European Influence, Friendly coworkers, Inclusive environment, A business that prospers in other countries but fails to book profits in India. Global Brand is good, Indian offices are government daftars. Keep calling everyone SIR for the rest of you tenure. - Leadership wants this.

Cons

Nepotism to the core - From CEO, Leadership to junior consultants to HRs you will find nepotism everywhere. Typical Indian "business partners" working for their own profits leeching on the european help. Showoff only culture - Employees are poorly paid but the business purpose hotels and meetings are 5 stars. (european money) but the same employees after attending a meet in 5 star will come out and book a bike taxi to reach home. (own money)
