The people who work there are great, most of the customers were great too!
Cons
They don't give raises even if you have been there for years. High school kids were getting hired at more than I made per hour by a dollar or more...

Pros
The people you work with are usually half decent, managers are mostly good from my experience. The work is sometimes fast paced and stressful but overall is good as there is always something to do.
Cons
Managers are always getting moved around so it’s hard to build lasting relationships. Compensation is just fair, typically the new employees make more than the existing ones. A good example is new cashiers being hired at $17 while I make $16.
