Pros

- Salary on time. - Company give the opportunity to visit France every year,

Cons

- Pathetic management. - Hire And Fire Strategy. - There seems to be a lack of professional ethics, particularly among the staff from the headquarters in France. - Managers have ego problems. - No validation of work. - No HR policy policy for Indian employees - Managers favoritism to particular employee only. - IT manager manipulate IT employees against sales people and country manager. - Be cautious about 5-star reviews that are compiled by HR team located in France. - The company's ERP system, referred to as SIPI, has proven to be inefficient, as it frequently necessitates IT intervention to generate reports. Moreover, the IT department often fails to respond to tickets promptly, exacerbating the issue by passing the tickets among themselves, thereby wasting valuable time.
