- Kind colleagues - Shuttle - Meal and transpo allowance - Lots of overtime for those who want to bring home a bigger pay
Cons
- High turnover rate - Forced overtimes, year-round Sunday work which they do not disclose during interviews - Bad management - Difference in treatment between office and production: can make shuttle available for office workers but not for production people
